I have a house in the Blue Mountains but I work in Bondi Junction. Rather than rent it to another garden wrecking tenant I'd like to swap it with someone who has a house or space in a house in the eastern suburbs but who needs to work out West and hates the travel and the expense of the travel. Looking for anything from six months upwards.

The house has ambience and nice low maintenance yard (so it puzzles me why the previous renters were so slack) Short walk to town and all amenities including manned train station.
